Conditions: Turned bloody cold. Road conditions appalling and narrowly missed some massive potholes.

Time: 12.50am
Food: Tea, Innocent Smoothie, 3 Weetabix, Banana, Tea, Activia yoghurt, and another cup of tea. Busaba Eatthai - Too much to put down, but bloody stuffed and wine gone to my head though i can heartily recommend the Calamari - www.busaba.com, 1 x Guinness, 1 x packet crisps ooooooops.
Mechanicals: Puncture - just when i thought it was going so well and i was so nearly home, I got a flat just before Camberwell Green and had to walk the rest of the way as I really couldn't be arsed to mend it.
Idiots Encountered: (2) 1. One old git wandering on and off the pavement. 2. Lemmings at Cambridge Circus wanting to throw themselves under my bike for some reason. As i shouted some remark, Grant came out from a side road by chance (he had cycled up from Crystal Palace) - how weird was that :)))
