Total Mileage: 10 miles (5 each way to Camberwell - 3 miles each way to Kentish Town).

Food: 2x Kiwi, Weetabix and Honey, Juice, Tea, Chicken Salad, Banana, Soup, Tea, Activia Yoghurt.
No gym this week. Got a bloody cold on friday night and it's only just going. With the Kentish Killer coming up on Sunday I have decided to ease off the training, get some rest and make sure i am fighting fit for the weekend.
