Conditions: The day was fine and perfect for cleaning and tinkering.
Total Mileage: Lets talk more in yards - just testing my bikes after tinkering with them. Even less distance than going to Sainsburies.
Time: 1pm
Food: Weetabix with Honey, Fresh Mango/Kiwi, Juice, Tea, More Tea (De-caff), Vegetable for lunch, Warm Chicken Salad at Pizza Express, Glass of red wine, Tea.
Maintenance: Consisted of tinkering , washing and breaking my chain tool - don't ask. Lets say i am now going to have to buy another one.
Crazy Maisy: La Soiree - Southbank www.la-soiree.com - what a treat! I recommend this cabaret show staged in a tent and guarantee you will have a great time if you go. Magicians, Contortionists, Pole Dancers, Acrobats and much much more. If you like muscled men in tight shorts it's a must - to be honest it doesn't do anything for me :)))))) - yess right.
