Cycled down to Edwards with Grant to pick up his wheel which he was having trued and a couple of spare tubes, ready for The Puncheur on Sunday. We then cycled down to The South London Gallery for a second breakfast. www.southlondongallery.org

People: Met Sheema for tea at 4pm down in East Dulwich. Haven't seen Sheema for ages, so it was really nice to catch up and indulge in some conversation and cake. Grant came by later on in the eve and picked me up and drove me and my bike and kit up to Crystal Palace, ready for our early start.
